2TC. That is 2 tower chimps. So you have to beat chimps with only 2 towers. Try to do Logs or Resort with ROD (Ray Of Doom) and POD (Prince of Darkness). That combo is really easy. That is the second most untrue thing I've ever seen on here. I have beaten CHIMPS mode in dozens of ways. I beat End of the Road with Elite Defender + Absolute Zero + some extra stuff. I beat Hedge with Ultra-Juggernaut + Blooncineration + some extra stuff.
