I did the cybersecurity Bootcamp coming from 0 IT experience. I think it depends on who the instructor is and college that is offering the course. I learned Linux and AWS on top of cyber security skills which in the end helped me with career change. Also some hands on experience from the Bootcamp helped me greatly to pass the security + exam.
