For Graardor only, even if you go twice over the drop rate, it is not beneficial to corrupt your bowfa. Each Graardor kill gives 194k on average, and consequently, killing 5000 Graardor is expected to get you 970m. That's a horrible idea. Don't be lazy, 1k shards Is a ton of gauntlet or elf pickpocketing. Even with 99, dodgys and the arceus spell it's kinda ass. At 85 Thieving you average about 100 shards an hour with dodgy, veil and rogues.Long term you should 100% corrupt it, but if you use it now it won’t cost you many more shards. If you corrupt a bow without using it beforehand, it will cost you 1900 shards. For every 100 charges you use before corrupting it, it will cost you 1 extra shard. So use up the 10k charges it starts with and it will cost you 2k to corrupt instead ...Venator is such easy upkeep though. Trident issue is same as BP; Zulrah scales. That one I agree with, along with scythe to a lesser extent. Bowfa/blade can both be corrupted. And Barrows is certainly not high tide, with very limited uses once you reach a certain stage. It’s much better than an acb. I completed the inferno off-task using all three methods (acb, bowfa, tbow). PS: Crystal armour is actually better than arma at inferno.
