Crystal in general is a bit of a commitment for mains. Since it costs crystal shards to make the armour / weapon if you need to sell you will lose out on that creation cost. It can add up to quite a few mil. I know with the Crystal helm included, it's a bit worse than Armadyl chest/pants + Verac's helm as far as ranged defence, but I am guessing the accuracy bonus makes up for the loss in defence from Verac's helmFirst thing I did when I got my bow was test out at kree while on task. I actually really like catching chins so I only went there to test, not really optimise my strategy or anything. I literally froze the melee minion and then stood in the corner of the room and attacked kree. The kills were really consistent.Add .62 dps to each calculation if including it. I also calculated freeze chances for the melee phase of the boss.
