not really minecraft and a few other games that run great on steamdeck can push 16gb of ram quite easily also remember its not just ram for CPU ram that 16gb gets shared with the gpu. so 16gb is actually 15gb by default as 1gb goes to GPU but you can offer up to 4gb ram to the GPU which brings you to 11gb..
