You multiple the hourly rates by 72-76 depending on the airline for the BARE minimum guaranteed pay per month. According to others on the forum you can usually get paid for 1,000 hours a year even if you didn't actually fly for 1,000. So basically multiply by 900-1000 to get annual salary. TP makes the very important point about Spirit having no interline agreements with other airlines. Meaning if a plane goes crock and a flight is canceled, you'll have to wait for seat availability on Spirit flights only.
