The Shattered Ring, Void Dwellers, Scion, and Hegemon origins are all from Federations.Unruly and its machine equivalent High Bandwidth are by far the best 2-point downside. There are a couple others that are situational; Luxurious can be decent for robots, and Non-Adaptive can be useful if you're a Void Dweller (since you'll have 100% habitability anyways on habitats).
