Chinese atv has spark and fuel but won't start.

Jul 19, 2013 · My brother's LT-4WD has low compression and when it is cold we can get it started by pulling the rope. It will not start with electric start until it has been warmed up. (ps. cold = room temp). note that the pull start turns the motor on average about 350 RPM. Starter motor turns it over at about 200 RPM. No start, has spark and fuel. Hello folks.
